In today’s climate, organisations don’t have the time, resources, budgets or space to take leaders out of the business for lengthy chunks of classroom training.
The need for leadership development and staff motivation is ironically, greater then ever. The Red Hot Leadership Sizzlers is an experiential leadership programme with over 30 speed training activities that have been designed to support the transformation of leadership and staff engagement in only 15-20 minutes per week.
No need for a classroom, a formal facilitator, a large training budget or time out of the business operation; just grab a coffee and a few members of the team, the PropBox… and away you go! The PropBox is a physical resource of games and activities that allow colleagues to grab and play. With over 30 games and activities training can be incremental, practical and relevant.
