All You Can Eat Leadership Feast – The Process

Your Cafe Style Concierge will agree six month development improvement goals for the programme (staff engagement and leadership development and walk you through the entire journey from traditional to speed training.

• Leaders / trainers / coaches etc take part in a one-day Café Style Speed Training Facilitator programme.
• Staff take the BP2W engagement Satisfaction@Work Indicator which takes 3 – 5 minutes to complete.
• Your Café Style Speed Training Concierge will then provide each team with a full speed training plan consisting of one activity a week for 20 weeks, based on the  S@W results.
• Teams begin the programme with an initial Review Meeting where they agree team and personal goals. All the meeting notes and guidance is provided in the system for the leaders.
• Leaders then follow the plan conducting one speed training activity per week.
• Your Café Style Concierge is at hand for support, ideas and feedback via telephone and email throughout the life of the programme.
• After 20 weeks, staff retake the Satisfaction@Work Indicator once more. The results for this, together with achievement of the agreed programme goals form the basis of the leaders gaining Café Style Speed Training accreditation.
• Post 20 weeks, leaders can be left to set their own speed training plans with the support of the Café Style Concierge.
