Embedding Corporate Values Activity Box

Are you having problems implementing your organisational values across your organisation?

Research has proven that many organisations have great values, but the hurdles and complexities of their organisation make it almost impossible to both communicate and drive the behaviour into individuals and teams.

In this highly complex age, organisational culture is more effective when its driven from ‘inside out’.  The foundation of this is building a culture of ownership and responsibility across individuals and teams.

The Old Tibetan Tea Hut has 33 speed training activities, each lasting about 15-30 minutes of self-sufficient group learning activities.  These activities develop awareness and transform the behaviour of individuals and teams across your business, in line with your organisational values.

The are simple to follow, fun, can be conducted any where and facilitated by group leader, member or facilitator.
